Date: Tuesday 24 March 2026 Time: 1:00pm - 3:30pm Location: Function Room, City of Armadale Administration Building, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale More Free Workshops for Local Businesses The team at Switch Your Thinking is pleased to share details of two free online workshops focused on improving business energy performance, hosted by Business Foundations. These sessions are particularly valuable for light industrial businesses with high energy usage, but are relevant for all businesses looking to reduce costs.
These sessions are being made possible through support from Energy Policy WA in the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification.
 ATO Masterclass Series The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) offers a free online resource — Essentials to Strengthen Your Small Business — featuring professional courses to build knowledge in tax, superannuation and business management. To complement this, the ATO is hosting a free online Masterclass Series throughout February and March, providing practical guidance and actionable insights to help businesses meet their obligations with confidence.
Working Together for a Safer and More Welcoming Jull Street Mall  The City of Armadale is working collaboratively with WA Police, Allied Security and local community service providers to coordinate initiatives aimed at strengthening safety and amenity within Jull Street Mall. This balanced approach, combining enforcement with trust-based engagement, seeks to address underlying issues such as alcohol dependency, homelessness and social disadvantage, while supporting a welcoming environment for businesses, residents and visitors.
