The City is proud to work with organisations like the Armadale Chamber and the Rotary Club of Armadale, as it helps the City magnify the positive impact on the community. The Pride of Workmanship is a great example of that - honouring and recognising individuals who go above and beyond by providing exceptional service day after day. Service Agreements Open
The City of Armadale is seeking to contract businesses and not-for-profit organisations to deliver projects that address one of our identified Social Priorities. Contractors must have proven ability to change making initiatives that are inclusive and child-safe. The 2023 / 2026 Identified Social Priorities and Suburbs are: Children, Young People and Families

Neighbourhood and Community Connections
Projects are to be delivered within the 2025/2026 Financial Year, to a maximum cost of $40,000.00 + GST. For more information and to apply online, please visit the City of Armadale website.
Potential applicants are encouraged to discuss their projects with a Community Development Officer before commencing their application. To discuss your ideas, please contact the Community Development Team at 9394 5642 or via email. Please include 'Social Priorities Service Agreements' in the subject line.

Perth Hills WanderFest
The City of Armadale is proud to share an exciting new initiative set to launch this September: Perth Hills WanderFest - the first hiking festival of its kind in the region. WanderFest will celebrate the unique natural beauty of the Perth Hills through a series of guided hikes and immersive nature-based experiences across five stunning destinations. Designed for all experience levels - from first time walkers to seasoned hikers, the festival will also offer options for seniors, youth and those seeking accessible trails to enjoy the outdoors. The festival presents a valuable opportunity to shine a spotlight on our local businesses. With strong regional branding, a targeted marketing campaign, and a visitor-ready focus, the event aims to drive foot traffic, promote local products and services, and strengthen the connection between tourism and community. This initiative is delivered in partnership with Destination Perth, with support from the Hike Collective, Off The Beaten Track WA, and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
Fresh Leadership to Empower Local Business
The Armadale Region Business Association (Armadale Chamber) is pleased to announce Deena Syed as its new President, supported by a refreshed committee of passionate local business owners. With strong experience in business development, marketing, and stakeholder engagement, Deena and the new team are committed to revitalising the local business community through connection, collaboration, and growth. As the founder of Brand Guru Agency, Deena brings firsthand insight into the challenges of business ownership and the value of strong local support. Face to face networking that makes a real difference
Under Deena's leadership, the Armadale Chamber will prioritise regular networking events in FY26 - from Coffee Catch Ups to seminars and Sundowners - creating space for local business owners to connect, share and grow.
