Acts of Kindness Project

This November, in line with World Kindness Day on the 13 November, the City is once again launching the Acts of Kindness project to encourage everyone to spread kindness.

As an Act, Belong, Commit partner, the City is committed to encouraging and promoting good mental health and wellbeing throughout the community.

The City is inviting local businesses to get involved in distributing Acts of Kindness cards this November.

Help us spread kindness and build connections throughout the City of Armadale community. For some inspiration, the City's Engage page has some ideas from businesses that took part in last year’s project.

Need help understanding tax and related topics?

The City of Armadale and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) have partnered to bring you a series of FREE online masterclasses designed to help small business owners.

During these free online sessions, you will have the opportunity to speak with experienced tax officers, ask questions and gain insights tailored to your business needs.

All sessions are delivered online Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and topics include:

  • Claiming small business tax deductions – 1 October 2024
  • Cash flow for small business success – 8 October 2024
  • Using your business money and assets – 15 October 2024
  • Hiring and paying workers – 22 October 2024
