Monitor CRMS Office 365 integration requires administrative consent to be provided. Click on the Azure Active Directory icon and enter an authorised account to provide consent for Authorisation.

By clicking on the Office 365 logo and following the same process you can provide consent for the Outlook productivity plug-in.
